Call for Artists
The Athens Wild Rumpus, in collaboration with tiny ATH gallery, has an exciting new Call for Artists for the first ever Wild Rumpus Virtual Art Show! We are calling Athens artists of all ages to submit up to 5 artworks for consideration for this virtual experience! The theme for this year is “MAGICAL,” so show us all of your magical spaces, places, beasties, creatures, landscapes and more!! There is no limit to how far MAGIC can take you!
High-res photos* of completed artworks, along with artist information, will be accepted through October 1st via this form. Payments will be accepted through this form. Artworks should be matted and framed where appropriate, and ready to hang for canvases. Sculptures are also welcome. Please specify exact measurements and weight within the 'Size' description on the submission form.

Proceeds from works sold will be paid to the artists, with percentages of sales benefitting Wild Rumpus and 2020 non-profit charity, Food2Kids and tiny ATH gallery. There will be a $10 entry fee per work with the hope of making next year’s downtown event even more epic!
The virtual exhibition will accept 80 works of art that will be for sale online at tinyathgallery.com. Promotion for the exhibition and artists will be covered by tiny ATH gallery. Curation of selected artworks will be done by members of the Athens Arts Alliance.
The virtual exhibition will run from October 7th-October 31st and all sales will need to be completed during this time. Arrangements will be made through tiny ATH gallery for contactless pick up of purchased pieces of art after October 31st.
Please be sure to add your social media handles to the Google form (if you’re old enough to have them) and add your artist statement (for people of all ages) so that tiny ATH gallery can promote you and your story!!
We recommend pricing your works no lower than $65. Artists will receive 60% of art sales.
Sept. 1: Call for Artists
Oct. 1: Last day of Art Call
Oct. 5: Selection of 80 artworks. You will be notified via email.
Oct. 7: Launch online sales via tinyathgallery.com
Oct. 31: Last day of art sales
Nov. 5-19: tiny ATH gallery will arrange contactless pickup times for artworks on gallery porch.
Artists will be paid during this time.
